1.1 What if my product isn't in stock?
In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock, we will get in contact with you as soon as we receive your order to resolve this issue. We will always be able to provide an estimated date for when your product will be back in stock. For more information please click here.

2.1 Can I track my order?
You may be able to track your order, depending on the service you use. We will keep you updated with the progress of the order until it leaves our warehouse. After this point, we will send you the relevant information to keep track of your product/s. This will include the service (i.e Royal Mail, Parcelforce etc) and a tracking number (if applicable).
2.2 Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to ALL UK and Northern Ireland Addresses. Mainland UK is free. Some postcodes will incur a surcharge for delivery. We will advise you of the cost before processing your order.

2.3 Do you deliver weekends?
Saturday deliveries are available upon request but a surcharge will be incurred due to weekend rates. Please contact the customer services team if you would like a Saturday delivery. 2.4 What are you delivery times?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer an exact delivery time as our courier operates on an all day delivery service between 7am and 7pm.
We do offer timed delivery services, you can contact us for more information as this service has a surcharge. We can also help you track your order. Contact us on 01406259121 if you have any queries on when you will receive your order.
2.5 Can I collect my item instead?
You are more than welcome to collect your item, simply choose 'collection' on the shipping section of your order. If you wish to contact us before or after your order, please do so, we are here to help.
2.6 What delivery options do you offer?
Next Day Delivery
If your chosen product is available for Next Day Delivery it will be delivered the next working day after the order is placed.
All Next Day Deliveries must be placed before 12.30pm in order to be delivered the following day. Deliveries are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9am and 6pm.
Day of Choice
If your chosen item is in stock, you can choose the day you would like it to be delivered from Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm. Please contact us to request a delivery date on 01406259121.
Saturday deliveries are available upon request but a surcharge will be incurred due to weekend rates. Please contact the customer services team if you would like a Saturday delivery.

2.7 How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery with Freitaslaf Net LTD is FREE! To avoid any hidden costs or surprises at checkout, we offer a free home delivery service. The price of the product is the price you pay!
2.8 Are my product/s delivered inside my house?
In most cases our delivery company can only deliver the ordered product/s to the front door of the main building; drivers are not permitted to take goods upstairs.
If you reside in an apartment or block of flats the delivery man will deliver to the lobby only as they are not insured to enter private premises. If you require assistance positioning the product you must arrange this yourself. If you require a 2-man delivery, please contact us on 01406259121 before placing your order.

3.1 Do you offer finance?
Yes, Freitaslaf Net Ltd offers finance on orders over £500. We offer customers the flexibility to pay in full after delivery or spread out the payments over up to 12 months, 0% interest!

Step 5 - Take home or wait for your delivery, your first instalment will be collected by direct debit 30 days after delivery. You can keep paying monthly instalments or pay off the full amount at any time.

3.2 Can I return my product/s?
Every care is taken to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, however if you receive your item damaged or faulty please contact our sales team immediately upon receipt on 01406259121 or email email@example.com. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any missing, damaged or faulty items, we are unable to process a claim for a replacement any later than 7 working days. 3.3 Do you offer assembly service?
